Help - In A Nutshell
Whether you've previously hired temporary staff or you're making your first agency call, you may have many questions on your mind. We've answered a few of them here.
How soon can you find someone for me?
The market usually dictates how many candidates are available at any particular time. Your Staffing Coordinator will give you an honest assessment of the timeframe in which you can expect your position to be filled. That being said...the sooner you call, the faster we can find the perfect fit!
Who are you sending me?
Quality healthcare professionals. We recruit healthcare professionals with a minimum of two years on-the-job experience. You can count on the clinical skill of every TGI employee. And, as of November 2007, we are Joint Commission Certified. We've gone the extra step to prove to you that our employees are QUALIFIED professionals.
See our Quality Screening page to find out what we require of each candidate before they can start an assignment.
By doing all this we get closer to accomplishing our vision ~ to be the most trusted healthcare staffing company.
What am I paying for?
Each contract is different because your circumstances may be unique. You should anticipate charges for the following: hourly wages, per diem, transportation and safe, clean lodging. These charges will be discussed with you, in detail, by your Staffing Coordinator during the placement process.
What if I want to hire your traveler for a permanent position?
We encourage you to consider our temporary employees for your permanent positions. Once it is determined that both you and the employee are interested in a permanent arrangement, we help you make it happen. Your Staffing Coordinator will be happy to help you through this process, and answer any questions you may have.
What if we are dissatisfied with the candidate you send us?
We will make every effort to replace them with a qualified professional immediately - at no cost to you.
